Originally constructed in 1859 by local merchant John Stoddard, the Arco building sits on Factor’s Walk within the Savannah National Historic Landmark District and the Savannah Downtown Historic District. The building had lost much of its original floor plan during renovations into private residences. For inspiration, this renovation project used other local historic sites to reintroduce this building to public use. 

The Arco Cocktail Lounge is now a signature luxury lounge and bar perched above Savannah’s historic River Street, nestled within the beautifully restored Victorian building. This interior build-out was completed in 2021 and featured luxury modern touches and high-end finishes. The elevated dining and entertainment space has a balcony overlooking River Street, cocktail rooms, two individual lounges, a stone bar, new vaulted ceilings, an outdoor space, and restored arched windows.
