The designs included B&B style retreat spaces for children and guests. Site placement of the home focuses on large specimen Live Oak trees, while providing full visibility of the site’s natural beauty overlooking the convergence of the Moon & Skidaway Rivers.

Ample natural light is provided into the interior recesses of the home through clearstory windows and a signature cupola.
