A conceptual master plan for a 70-acre campus.

The site is gently rolling and heavily wooded and is divided by the Yellow River and its surrounding wetlands. The focal point of Phase 1 is to be a 115,000 SF, 2,500-seat, state-of-the-art Worship Center with appropriate theatrical lighting, sound and video capabilities.

Construction shall continue in 4 phases, culminating in the expansion of the Worship Center to 6000 seats. The building shall also have spaces for youth, children, and multipurpose activities and be able to accommodate expansion for the next 2 to 5 years.

Site amenities include a bridge to connect the property and a children’s playscape, as well as parking to accommodate approx. 2400 vehicles, a revival camp ground, chapel and formal gardens.
